Couples Therapy

Chances are, if you are struggling in your relationship, therapy is not the first thing you have tried.. It’s also likely that one of you is more interested in being in therapy than the other. With years of couple counseling experience, I appreciate the delicate balance of being a third party in a room with two people who have been romantically involved. There is undoubtedly fear that the therapist will “take sides” and one person will be identified as the one at fault. My experience has taught me that it is never just one person’s fault. I will work hard to connect with both of you and together we will outline your goals for your relationship.

  • Learn to lift the lens of negativity
  • Identify patterns that have led to disconnection
  • Increase moments of gratitude
  • Repair past instances of hurt
  • Learn to listen openly
  • Building trust
  • Improving communication
  • Falling back in love
  • Infidelity
  • Parenting
